About: up to no good

(at St. Mary’s)

may the tide
that is entering even now
the lip of our understanding
carry you out
beyond the face of fear
may you kiss
the wind then turn from it
certain that it will
love your back may you
open your eyes to water
water waving forever
and may you in your innocence
sail through this to that

NASA reports that Callisto is the third largest satellite in the solar system and roughly the size of Mercury. Pictured here in color, NASA points out that its many markings show a turbulent history of collisions with space objects. In fact, Callisto is known to be the most heavily cratered object in our solar system.10 spectacular moons in our solar system

i used to get really confused when i was younger about why Earth’s moon never had a name. when people used to talk about the (our) moon, i always asked for clarification because “other planets have moons, too!”

anyhow, as far as names (and moons) go, callisto is badass.
